New to the District Registrations:

A registration packet for new students can be obtained from the psd202.org website.  Please print, complete and return with all the required documents.  Please call the  office at 815-439-2885 to arrange a time to drop off your completed packet.  For questions regarding registration please email WG_REG@psd202.org.

Please make sure all documents are signed and complete as it may delay the registration for your child.
